Most consumers are unaware that there is a surcharge for using the Touch 'n Go card at various parking lot.
Parking Lot Operators - charges you for the so-called "convenient payment". They prefer you use an inconvenient payment method - ie pay at their ATM Machine or cashier at the exit boot.
AirAsia - they have this so-called "Convenient Charge" if you book & pay for your flight using your Credit Card. AirAsia charges you for "convenient fee" - because it is convenient payment method for you (the customer). I wonder if AirAsia prefers cash payment - an inconvenient payment method - at its office or Giro or ???? .
