Ewwwww Dirty Restaurant At Bangsar

The management of Raj’s Banana Leaf, an Indian banana leaf restaurant in Bangsar, has apologised for the hygiene at its outlet, after staff were filmed washing plates with dirty water.

The management issued the apology hours after the video went viral today, but did not say when the incident happened. The management blamed new staff who were caught washing plates in what appeared to be the back lane of the restaurant.

The workers rinsed and washed the plates with dirty, stagnant water.
